James Famakin is the owner, Superintendent Pharmacist and managing director of Sanbol Limited trading as Faringdon Pharmacy and Faringdon Pharmacy Clinics. He is an independent prescriber with special interest in CHD, hypertension, Diabetes, and Minor ailments. He has extensive experiences in community pharmacy, hospital, GP practice and urgent care/out of hours GP NHS 111 clinical settings. He is registered with General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC Reg No: 2055823). He is also a member of the Royal Pharmaceutical society.

Susan Shelley GPhC 2028318 graduated from the University of Nottingham in 1981 and completed her pre-registration year at Guy’s Hospital in London qualifying as a Pharmacist in 1982. After qualifying she worked in a rotational post at Bristol Royal Infirmary as a Basic Grade Pharmacist for 2 years before specialising in a Drug Information role firstly at the Department of Health Licensing Division and later in industry at Glaxo Laboratories. In 1987 she moved to Oxfordshire with her husband and has worked mostly in Community Pharmacy since then whilst raising a family. She was Branch Secretary of the Oxfordshire Branch of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society between 2003 and 2010 which organised a programme of monthly evening meetings for registered Oxfordshire Pharmacists. She undertook a part-time Diploma in Community Pharmacy between 2001-2003 and more recently a Mary Seacole Leadership Award in 2018. The COVID pandemic presented new challenges and I was able to join the vaccinating team in 2021.

Hannah is a pharmacist with 33 years experience in community, hospital and general practice.
Hannah is an independent prescriber, accredited in minor illness assessments and is also hoping to complete the level 7 course in injectable aesthetics this year.
Hannah’s practice work is in chronic disease management, largely hypertension and cardiovascular and she also has an interest in diabetes management.

Uche Okpala is a clinical pharmacist with Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust and the South Central Ambulance Service (SCAS) and an experienced community pharmacist. Uche graduated from University of Brighton in 2002.
After university, on passing pre-registration in 2003, Uche has worked in community pharmacies and Faringdon Pharmacy . Uche enjoys helping patients, either in the hospital or in the pharmacy.

Dr Kenneth Emmanuel, is consultant gynaecologist. He is a member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and also a member of the Royal College of Practitioners.
Mr Emmanuel’s gynaecological inpatient and outpatient services provide patient-centred and multidisciplinary care to women with gynaecological concerns. Mr Emmanuel provides a broad range of expertise to meet the needs of women with complex conditions, including cancer exclusion, heavy menstrual bleeding, endometriosis, fertility, vulval symptoms, fibroids, prolapse, HRT and most female problems.
He specialises in minimally invasive surgery for a number of conditions, which has decreased the length of stay in the hospital and the length of the patient’s recovery period. Mr Emmanuel delivers a full range of gynaecological services, and strives to give detailed explanations of symptoms, diagnoses and treatment options.

Daniel Famakin, is a registered Pharmacist with General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhc Registration no : 2238730). He is also member of Royal Pharmaceutical society. He is currently undergoing Independent Pharmacist Prescribing course at the University of Birmingham with a special interest in women health.

Salma sultana graduated with M.Sc in Food and Nutrition in 1995 . She has over seven years of experience in community pharmacy practice. She is a trained Pharmacy Dispenser. She has special interest in Hypertension screening service , Dementia awareness and wellbeing of older people and safeguarding of vulnerable adults and children.
